Fall/Winter Football Agility and Speed Training 

This program is designed and proven to build and condition football players agility, speed, and position specific movement. The target age group for this specific program is High School and Junior High athletes.

Each session, athletes will practice a warm-up, stretch, then practice football specific movement (agility and speed) drills using ladders, cones, and football specific reaction cues in combination with speed and sprint form building exercises.

The fall program will also include 40 yard dash and combine agility and plyometric drill training.  

Days/Time

Monday and Wednesday 5:30pm-6:30pm

Fall/Winter training schedule will be on for the months of December, January, and February

Location

Brentwood/Antioch area. Exact training locations will be communicated to athletes and their family who join the program.

Prices

$100 each month of training

$60 for 2 weeks

$40 for 1 week
